Eric C. Tudor

eric-tudor-photo.gifEric has been marketing, selling and leasing commercial real estate in the greater Buffalo-Niagara region since 1997; Eric represents tenants and buyers and landlords and sellers, focusing on industrial, warehouse and manufacturing, flex, office, manufacturing, retail, restaurants and vacant land properties. Eric has been involved in well over 400 transactions totaling millions of dollars and square feet in his career.

Affiliations

Eric has been an active member of the WNY Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (WNY NYSCAR) since 2000, holding director and committee positions, was a past president for two years (2005-2006), and is currently the chapter’s controller.

Eric is also a member of The New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Eric is also heavily involved with both of his daughter’s schools, The Buffalo Academy of The Sacred Heart, and St. Gregory The Great School, sitting on the planning committee for the Annual 5k Great Race held each June; a board member of the Athletic Association, and girls softball coordinator since 2012; Eric also coached soccer and currently coaches the 8th grade varsity girls softball team.

Education

Eric attended The Canisius College of Buffalo, NY, graduating in 1989 with a dual management/marketing major.  Eric was a member of the Administrative Management Society, where he was elected Treasurer, Vice President and President; Eric also pledged professional national business fraternity, where he was a corresponding secretary, Treasurer, and house manager.

Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, 45 hour sales persons course in 1997.


WNY School of Real Estate, 45 hour brokers and reMBA (Real Estate Excellence in Management, Brokerage & Agency) course in 2005.


22.5 hours of continuing education every two years from 1997 to the present, including Fair Housing and Ethics courses.
